Position Description
CIANA's Case Management Supervisor is a critical part of CIANA's leadership team, managing CIANA’s case management programs, supervising volunteers and interns, providing casework counseling, and overseeing outreach activities.
Duties and Responsibilities

Recruit, train and oversee a team of case workers, interns and volunteers, and assist with access to employment, housing, healthcare, financial, education, public benefits, and community resources

Offer casework counseling, manage proper case documentation, ensure timely record keeping, maintain attendance and program records and accurate data in database management system

Conduct client intake, respond to inquiries regarding services, and liaise with clients;

Maintain communication across programs, coordinate activities, and act as the point person for logistics between programs, program staff and volunteers, and daily operations

Oversee outreach and advocacy efforts, maintain updated community resources and contact lists, and assist with social media, newsletters, and public relations events

Communicate with coalition and community partners, and attend community events and meetings

Ensure that office environment is welcoming, positive, supportive, and inclusive, with opportunities for growth and development
Qualifications

The supervisor must be organized, flexible, and people-oriented, able to communicate across programs, a multi-tasker who can manage a shifting office environment

Minimum BA degree, two years’ experience in case management, and one year of supervisory experience

Experience with access to public benefits (Access/HRA portal and others);

Experience in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite

Candidate must be bilingual (have proficiency in languages other than English, preferably Arabic, French or Spanish)
Reporting Structure
The Case Management Supervisor will report directly to the CEO
Job Type
Full time (Monday-Friday, 10AM-6PM)
Compensation
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
